Perez Ochieng’ – Rana is our Regional Head of Customer Experience for East Africa. She is based in Kenya where she drives Customer Experience excellence across our Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Rwanda, Uganda and Zambia Operations. She joined LIT in 2004. She has served in various senior management roles in Sales Administration, Service Delivery & Project Management. Perez has over 17 years experience in Telecom industry, Project management, Data Analysis and Customer Experience.
Perez holds a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration – Marketing option and Post graduate Diploma in Project Management from both Altech Academy in South Africa and Kenya Institute of Management.
She is a member of KIM, ICX & CXPA.
In her spare time Perez enjoys Travelling, Crop farming & gardening flowers.
