Judy is our East Africa Region – Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs. She oversees the Legal, Governance, Regulatory and Compliance functions across our Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Rwanda and Uganda operations.
Judy is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (2010) and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from the University of East London, a MSc Corporate Governance from Bournemouth University, and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
She has extensive experience in Regional ICT, Media Law and Regulatory practice, Transactional Due Diligence, Transaction Structuring and Corporate Governance. She has previously served as In-house counsel for BSS Africa, and in various capacities at the Wananchi Group Companies.
Away from work Judy enjoys travel and playing different sports.
