Beston Tshinsele is CEO of Liquid Intelligent Technologies DRC, where he oversees the company’s growth and network expansion across the country. He joined Liquid Intelligent Technologies in February 2016 and prior to that served as CEO of the Russian-owned mobile operator Yozma Timeturns, which were looking to establish operations in the DRC. He has also held C-level roles at Airtel Group, Zain and Orascom and worked in Congo Brazzaville, Chad and Gabon.
A Belgium citizen, Beston started his career in 1985 as a research and development engineer and joined a Belgium subsidiary of the Orange Group in 1996, where he helped launch the country’s second GSM operation. Bestin holds an electrical engineering degree from the Liège Institute and has studied management at the London Business School.
