Ally has served as Head Technical Operations since October 2019. He has very good experience in managing network operations, a track record of handling customer support issues, service delivery, managing and implementing technical solutions.
 
Joining Zanlink Limited as a Customer Support Engineer in July 2013, Ally was promoted to be Customer Support Manager in September 2014, when he was made responsible to  handle specific technical operations, planning and coordination on daily technical activities, leadership and empowerment, maintaining high level of communication with stakeholders, resolving all trouble tickets in timely manner, as well as strategically reducing numbers of trouble tickets.
 
Ally has an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, and other professional certifications. Prior to joining Zanlink Limited, Ally has worked with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency in Tanzania as a Database Administrator. He had also worked with Zee Communications Limited, Computronix Centre, and Muggy Business Solutions in different capacities within ICT roles.

Ally is a fan of cyber security activities; and in his free time enjoys reading cyber magazines and watching cyber movies.
