Mike Silber is a South African attorney and our Group Head of Regulatory, leading on policy and regulatory matters, as well as advising on certain key commercial transactions.
He joined Liquid Intelligent Technologies in 2011 and has previously worked for other telecoms companies, as well as in legal and consulting practices, focussing on telecommunications and technology issues. Mike also served three terms as a non-executive director on the board of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.
Mike is involved in a number of internet and technology organisations and serves on the board of the Internet Service Providers Association of South Africa, the board of the FTTX Council Africa and the Number Resource Organisation’s Number Council (NRO NC) / Address Supporting Organisation’s Address Council (ASO AC). Mike holds B Proc and LLB degrees from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa) and has attended courses in risk management and finance at the Harvard Business School.
